The company's Business Development Director, Kevin Camilleri, made the comment that the firm's investment in an experienced management team to operate these regional offices with a focus on local customer service, was critical the success of the expansion program. The team was recruited to ensure the rapid levels of growth were not permitted to take management's eye off the customer service ball that was predominantly responsible for the increase in sales.
