Krohn and Moss has launched a new website www.indianalemonlaw.com to better serve the customers of the state of Indiana who have unwittingly purchased defective cars commonly called as 'The Lemons’. Consumers who buy vehicles in Indiana are protected by the Indiana Motors Vehicle Protection Act, which is commonly referred to as the Indiana Lemon Law. Our website provides you all the information about Indiana Lemon Law and our attorneys are always ready to provide more information or legal help.
A new vehicle still under warranty - is a "lemon" if
• The vehicle is still within the first eighteen months or first eighteen thousand miles after its delivery
• The dealer has attempted to repair the same life threatening problem four or more times without success
• The vehicle has been out of service for repairs at the dealership for a cumulative total of 30 or more business days
If you believe you may qualify for the Indiana Lemon Law, our attorneys at Krohn & Moss, Ltd., will review your repair orders and purchase contract free of charge and provide you with an assessment of your options under the Indiana Lemon Law.
When you pursue a Lemon Law claim in Indiana, you could receive a cash settlement or a refund on all or part of your purchase price. The Lemon Laws in Indiana and the Federal Lemon Law (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) provide for payment of your attorney’s fees. So, we do not have to charge you out of pocket for these charges.
