In less than 3 months the alert and notification management solution AlarmTILT v5, that was launched officially on 1st October 2009, has convinced a series of organisations looking to improve their communication in emergency situations.
Industry: First customer to use AlarmTILT v5, ArcelorMittal manages the call-in system of its first response teams, in case an accident affects one of its production sites.
Banking: New "pandemic planning procedures" in the financial sector had as immediate effect, that banks are today using AlarmTILT v5 to reinforce their internal communication system in emergency situations.
Health: The Software as a Service model offered by AlarmTILT, including a high standard service level agreement, fits well with the needs of the hospital environment in case of rapid staff call out and warning in emergency planning. Latest customers to select AlarmTILT v5, Hospital Emile Mayrisch and Hospital Kirchberg.
Governmental: First deployments on new AlarmTILT v5 for Luxembourg Government have taken place, with National Road Services and Department of Health as first users.
Transportation/Logistics: The Aéroports de Paris (Orly, Charles de Gaulle) have chosen AlarmTILT v5 to organise their staff callout in case of outages and emergencies.
Local Authorities: At local level a new dimension starts with the Municipality of Walferdange being the first to launch its citizens alert system on AlarmTILT v5 by January 2010.
Partnerships: Synergies with other solutions and services allowed for new commercial alliances with strategic partners like Orange, G4Securicor, and Voyages Emile Weber.
