avrion has retained an international award for the quality of their customer care in 2006. Competing against over 250 other providers of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), the award is a major recognition of the quality of the company's service.
Sales & marketing director Jonathan Wilkins said "This is a superb accolade for our team. To have won best customer care for the third time recognises that we develop our CRM solutions by understanding and collaborating with our clients to address their business needs."
The customer care award was made by Maximizer Software Ltd. Maximizer Software users were asked to score their CRM provider based on the overall quality and value of service they received.
Since starting business in 2001, the avrion team has consistently been recognised for the quality of their service offering. This year avrion won five awards including best implementation and best customer care, "We are thrilled about consistently winning so many awards," enthused Jonathan, "as they independently endorse the quality of our CRM solutions".
