The first is an Online PCB Panel
Calculator. You can quickly calculate how many PCBs you will be able
to have built on a production sized panel.
The calculator is fast and easy to use
and can even be used it to calculate arrays to help you in planning
for the assembly and production process for your PCB projects.
The second item is a DXF/DFG to Gerber
Conversion Guide.
This guide offers step by step
instructions on the best time saving and error reducing methods when
converting Autocad type drawings into gerber files that can be used
to manufacture printed circuits boards.
This is part one of the guide and will
be followed up with additional information.
Thirdly once you have completed the
conversion to gerber files you can then verify your files with our
Free Gerber Viewer. This Gerber Viewer is an industry class viewer
complete with DFM and quoting capability.
It installs right on your desktop and
is a very light and quick program to get the results you need fast.
You can load your zipped gerber files
right into it and with a few clicks can perform a DFM (design for
manufacturability check) on the files to make sure they are ready to
go to the PCB Manufacturer.
