Chicago-based Ankin Law is helping to spread awareness of The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA’s ) requirement that all customers wear masks/face coverings when riding trains and buses.
Ankin Law is sponsoring decals placed in bus and train windows, reminding customers to
"Wear a Mask" to help protect themselves, other customers, bus drivers and train operators
from the spread of COVID-19.
"Everyone agrees we need to defeat COVID-19 and as lawyers, my office routinely relies on expert opinion for our success. That’s why Ankin Law strongly supports CTA’s requirement that customers wear masks at all times," said Howard Ankin, Partner, Ankin Law.
Per a State of Illinois Order that took effect May 1, masks/face coverings are required in all indoor spaces, including CTA. The CTA has been heavily promoting the mask requirement through signage in stations and on trains and buses; on digital ads; and through audio announcements.
The new Ankin Law-sponsored decals will help increase the visibility of this important health messaging and complement CTA’s existing reminders to customers.
Ankin Law has helped thousands of people injured in auto accidents, hurt at work, or injured due to a medical mistake in Illinois obtain the compensation they deserve.
